I was born in 1980 in Karlstad, a small friendly town in Sweden. As many other young swedes I moved to Oslo in 2001 This is the biggest city and the capital of Norway.
I work in retail mostly with outdoor sports. Although photography is not my profession I have always had interest for it. After I got my first DSLR in 2008 it all got a bit more serious and I was “hooked”.
This is also when my interest for editing began.
I enjoy most of the aspects in photography but Urbex and architecture is the one closest to my heart.
There is something special with old and abandoned places. The things that are left behind and the history of the places intrigue me. It´s cool to think about what happened behind these closed doors. Some of these places we just walk by every day without giving it a thought, others are lost and forgotten that you really have to search for.
With architecture it’s the creativity and complexity in something like a house or a staircase the intrigue me. All the different structures that mankind is able to build and the different ways to capture this in a photo.
